Optical Grade PET Release Film for OCA Die-Cutting

Product Overview: Our PET Release Film is specifically engineered for high-precision OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) and PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) die-cutting applications. Utilizing premium optical-grade polyester film as the base material and coated with an ultra-stable silicone release agent, this film ensures a smooth, consistent peel-off experience. It is manufactured in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment to prevent contamination, ensuring that the optical integrity of your touch panels and displays remains flawless. 

It uses optical grade PET as the base material, can be coated with polythiophene antistatic coating on one or both sides, and then coated with polyorganosiloxane on the antistatic coating. The coating process is micro-concave, and the dry silicon content is controlled at 0.50-1.50g/m2. The product is widely used in the OCA die-cutting industry.

Mainly compatible with 3M 2 series, 3 series, 7 series OCA glue and Mitsubishi OCA glue.
