NHN (Nomex / Polyimide Film / Nomex) is a high-grade three-ply flexible composite material designed for Class H (180°C) electrical insulation. It combines the thermal stability of Nomex® paper with the high dielectric strength of Polyimide film. We provide professional die-cutting services, converting NHN into custom-shaped slot liners and gaskets to meet the rigorous demands of advanced motor and transformer manufacturing.

High-Performance Thermal & Electrical Insulation NHN is a premier flexible composite material consisting of a layer of Polyimide film bonded between two layers of Nomex® paper. This sandwich construction maximizes the advantages of both materials: the Nomex® provides mechanical toughness and oil absorption, while the Polyimide film ensures exceptional electrical insulation and heat resistance. Rated for Class H (180°C) applications, NHN maintains its physical and electrical properties even under continuous high-temperature stress.
